No response

I sent an email the day I put the bed together notifying a part I received, specifically the shell for drawer, the hole was drilled correctly and screw does not fit. Someone responded basically just explaining to me how it's put together. I replied again the part was drilled correctly I need a replacement piece. I'm still waiting ridiculous just respond and please send the part.

Worth the money. Great quality, great appearance and the drawers make it even better.I love this bed frame and headboard. Super art deco look and the drawers move and lock easily.
